Over 100,000 spectators will line the streets of Downtown Halifax for the most anticipated holiday event of the year, the 16th Annual Chronicle Herald Holiday Parade of Lights, presented by EastLink TV and the Downtown Halifax Business Commission, on Saturday, November 19, beginning at 6:00 pm.
