Tunes at Noon is back for its 12th year! Tunes at Noon is a FREE summer concert series on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 12:00 Noon to 1:00 pm in Grand Parade.
Together for three years, Route 102 is composed of four young artists from Nova Scotia.
Céline Thimot, graduated from École Acadienne de Truro in 2015 and from NSCC, Truro Campus in 2018 (Social Services) and now works for Centre communautaire francophone de Truro managing the after school program. Céline is pursuing her studies in Social work through on-line courses.Céline plays guitar and sings
Julian Krizsan is a student from École Acadienne de Truro, graduated this June. Julian has been named recipient of the TD Canada Trust Scholarship valued at more than $70,000. Julian sings, plays guitar, banjo and accordion in the group.
Josée Boudreau is a student from École du Sommet and has graduated this June. She will pursue her studies at St FX in Antigonish to become a teacher. She sings and plays percussion instruments in the group.
Takumi Comeau graduated from CP Allen will pursue his studies at Dalhousie University in September. He sings and plays piano & accordion in the group.
Under the direction of Yvette Saulnier from the Centre communautaire francophone de Truro and the musical direction of Weldon Boudreau, Route 102 will present to you a wonderful cultural experience. You may want to sing, dance, and even smile while listening to the beautiful French music.
